Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services under the Expert Skills Scheme as Clinical Psychologist for the Rodrigues Regional Assembly.

The Chief Commissioner’s Office of Rodrigues Regional Assembly invites proposals from local and foreign consultants for services as Clinical Psychologist under the Expert Skills Scheme for the Rodrigues Regional Assembly for an initial period of 12 months which may be extended upon satisfactory performance.

2. Any clarification sought by any bidder in respect of this procurement shall be addressed to the Departmental Head of Chief Commissioner’s Office so as to reach him / her at least fourteen (14) days before the deadline for the submission of proposals.

4. Proposals in sealed envelope clearly marked “Request for Proposal for the Provision of Consultancy Services as Clinical Psychologist under the Expert Skills Scheme for the Rodrigues Regional Assembly and indicating the closing date should be addressed to the Chairperson Departmental Bid Committee and deposited in the Bid Box or sent by courier service or registered mail so as to reach the Chairperson, Departmental Bid Committee at the address below on or before Wednesday13 November 2019up to 13.30 hrs (local time) at latest. Late bids will be rejected.

5. The address referred to above for the submission of bids, is the Chairperson, Departmental Bid Committee, Chief Commissioner’s Office, Central Administration, Port Mathurin.

7. The Chief Commissioner’s Office reserves the right:

(a) to accept or reject any bid; and
