Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for the Third-party Agency of Construction Quality Review.

The Government of Zambia has received financing from the World Bank toward the

cost ofthe Zambia Education Enhancement Project (ZEEP), and intends to apply part

of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services ("the Services") include the reviewing of the quality of

construction and its compliance with the drawings and Technical Specifications and

Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) during the progress of

construction.

Duration will be 12 calendar months after the award of contract or till completion of

consultancy services whichever is later. In the event of an extension, the extension

shall be for a duration to cover inspection of concerned sites and report writing. The

consultancy will be renewable for another 12 months subject to satisfactory

performance.
