Save the Children International (SCI) invites you to tender for the provision of consultancy services to analyse the administrative, governance, finance and delivery processes/functions for a specific functional area (or service, such as procurement and delivery of textbook and instructional materials; classroom or latrine construction, or in-service teacher training teacher training.) The process/function analysis should be comprehensive: from need identification to end-user provision in both North and South of Yemen.

1. Paper Submission:
- Two original hard copies on headed paper presented on sealed in two separate envelopes.
- Bids to be submitted to SCI Office in the tender box located in Aden governorate - Khor Maksar district, Embassies area/ AlShabbat area.

2. Electronic Submission: an email containing a copy of the bid and send to Yemen.procurementcommittee@savethechildren.org
