The objective of this consultancy is to provide strategic and evidence-based communications support to assist the CTVET formulate and implement an action plan consisting of the relevant communication products such as brochures, CTVET website, social media and other media. Under the guidance of the CTVET Secretariat, the Communications Specialist will highlight the Council's work in Guyana and promote TVET as a desirable career path.
