This public procurement competition relates to combined spatial planning, landscape character and visual assessment work and to the strategic environmental assessment, flood risk assessment and appropriate assessment of the proposed renewable electricity policy and development framework (with spatial dimension) there will be two distinct elements of work involved in this contract: 1. Assisting dccae in producing the repdf document - this would require a review of all relevant policy documents including current landscape/renewable energy policies in relevant county development plans/regional planning guidelines (& draft rsess) as well as any national landscape designations or policies. A gis analysis of these spatial policies, together with recommended proposals for the repdf working with technical input from dccae/seai 2. Producing sea/aa of the repdf document (primarily ecologists and environmental managers, but the landscape architect/landscape assessor will be involved too)
