Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Development of Information Packages on CREMAs and Awareness Creation on Forest Protection, Management for Admitted Farm Families and Forest Fringe Communities.

The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: o a factual statement detailing the firm’s object of establishment, o specific qualifications and experience in Communications, Natural Resource Management, Social Development and Graphic Design o past relevant experience in social sciences, consultative processes, stakeholder engagement and participation, multi-stakeholder profile analysis (e.g., resource users, community leaders, traditional authorities, regional / district government representatives The attention of interest-ed Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines^: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants} by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011 and revised in July 2014 (“Consultant Guidelines"), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS Method) set out in the Consultant Guidelines Selection and Employment of Consultants (under IBRD loan and IDA credit and Grants) by World Bank Borrowers, dated January 1 2011 and revised in July 2014.
