Tender Details

Prequalifications are invited for Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision

The Potential Projects are as follows:
a. Project No. 01: Boutique Hotel 150+ keys (BUA 20, 000 M2).
b. Project No. 02: Hotel Apartment 1150 m2 (BUA 13, 000 M2).
c. Project No. 03: Mixed Use (BUA 30, 000 M2).
The Conditions:
a. Registered Consultant Grade A (Architecture, Structure, MEP, etc.) In Qatar.
b. Previous Experience in similar projects (minimum 3 for any category) In Qatar.
The Scope of Work:
a. Pre-Concept Design & acquire all approvals for land-use.
b. Concept Design including all necessary reports, drawings, and all deliverables.
c. Design and Drawings (All disciplines).
d. Acquire all approvals necessary to issue the building permits.
e. Prepare the Specifications, B.O.Q, Tender documents, and Tendering Process Management.
f. Construction Supervision and all related responsibilities.
g. Handing over the project to QCCD, Kahramaa, Municipality and other authority if required.
Pre-Qualification Stage required documents:
Company information:
• Company Profile, CR, Computer Card, Certifications, References from clients, and contact details of the Authorized person who will receive the Tender documents when shortlisted.
Experience & Capability:
• The list of Previous Projects, their description and company role.
• The list of Current Projects, their description and company role.
Resources & Capability:
• Company Structure & Organization Chart.
• Workforce list & years of experience including how many engineers certified by the authorities. Financial Capability:
• Audited Financial Statements for the last three years.
The company has to receive and fill out the Pre-Qualification application.
