Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services to Conduct Capacity Development on Change Management and Advisory Roles for Advisors of the Civil Society in Uganda Support Programme (CUSP).

Development and implementation of a comprehensive capacity development package for advisors working with the Civil Society in Uganda Support Programme (CUSP) on change management and advisory roles; Undertaking a learning needs assessment among participants; Facilitate reflections on the role of an advisor in relation to the CUSP programme and partner needs; Development of various skills needed as an advisor; Transfer of knowledge and experience in supporting change management processes with partners from Civil Society and state; Use of practice-oriented methodology providing high involvement of the participants; Monitor, evaluate, and report the progress of participants; Provide recommendations to management regarding the sustainable integration and sharing of learning across the wider programme team.
