Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Assessing the Rental Value of the Units for Inno-Cell.

General Scope
The scope of the consultancy services are as follows:-
a) To analyse the demand and supply of the similar development in the market;
b) To carry out an in-depth search and provide detailed information of residential buildings and/or serviced apartments
and/or co-living establishments that can be used to compare with the units in InnoCell and examine the factors
which may affect the rental fees of the units;
c) To define bases of value, assumptions, methods and approaches applied and material consideration that must be
taken into account in valuation when preparing the report; and
d) To exercise appropriate professional judgement and discernment and advise on the rental of the units in InnoCell
in accordance with professional standards and best practices.
