Enhanced Rural Self Help Association (ERSHA) is a non-governmental development organization established in October 1997 and became operational in January 1998.

ERSHA is seeking qualified consultants/firms to revisit the Human Resource, Financial procedure, Office management and Transport policy and procedure manuals including the preparation of new salary scale and benefit package with a revised Job description and specification.

The consultancy work requires adequate knowledge and relevant experience on the issue. For this the consultant/firm staffs should have MA/MSc. degree and above in management, economics, rural development and related fields and at least 5 years relevant working experience.
