2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The legal adviser should provide services inclusive of:
• The issuance of a legal opinion on all acts/documents submitted by the client verbally
or in writing an in accordance to its request,
• Coordination and assistance with Tunisian authorities, government, and negotiation
of administrative procedures
• Advice and settlement of any employee dispute or litigation
• Drafting of any act, document, brochure, or other written matters having legal
implications
• Maintain full confidentiality and must not disclose or share information that is not in
line with the best interest of DRC NARO
