Conditions of submitting the Proposals
The consultants will be required to submit one original and two (2) copies of both the Technical and Financial Proposals sealed separately and then both envelopes sealed in one outer envelope, clearly marked 'Tender for the Strategic Communication Specialist', to the address below by 30th May, 2019 at 10:00 am after which the proposals shall be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
