Description: The Carmel College (SCC) Foundation needs one permanent strategic partner who advises, guides and supports SCC with regard to all common (policy) issues in the field of educational housing, and to a lesser extent technical installations. This includes, but is not limited to, the recalibration and drafting of policy documents, the provision of strategic advice and the development and drafting of quality documents regarding educational housing in all GOTIKR sub-areas (money, organization, time, information, quality and risk).

In order to make the present contract sufficiently accessible to market parties, including SMEs, SCC has decided to divide the contract into three separate lots (1, 2 and 3).
