Description: ​​​​​​POST DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUNDViet Nam is having some initial progress on reducing cigarette smoking in the past few years. However, the country if facing new challenges with novel and emerging tobacco and nicotine products, mainly Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) and Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs) the prevalence of which seems to be rising among the youth in recent years.These products are currently not allowed to be imported, advertised, or sold in the country. However, there are still smuggled products in the country and young people can access these products.
