MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for the award of a contract for construction works related to the renovation of the N-50 building on the premises of MSKO S.A. in Pionki. Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the attachments included in this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of document scans. Before participating in the on-site visit, the tenderer is obliged to sign confidentiality agreements (Appendix No. 4). Two handwritten copies of the contract should be sent by traditional mail to the Ordering Party's address. In the Confidentiality Agreement, you must complete the company data on the first page and contact details (paragraph 8 point 3). The Company's purchasing platform is assumed as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Tenderer. The offer, all correspondence, declarations, applications, notifications and other information are submitted by the Ordering Party and the Tenderer via the Company's purchasing platform.
