Tenders are invited for Construction Works of a PE at PK13 Bizango, and Rehabilitation and Extension works of Mindoubé EP.

1. The Gabonese Republic obtained funding from the French Development Agency (AFD) to finance the cost of the Education Sector Investment Program (PISE). It is planned that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments envisaged under the "Works of construction, extension and rehabilitation of schools in Libreville".

2. This International Tender Notice (AAOI) consists of three (03) separate and independent lots as follows:
