3. Estimated cost:
The estimated amount at the end of the studies is 25, 000, 000 FCFA.

7. Financing:
The works subject of this call for tenders are financed by the Public Investment Budget of the Republic of Cameroon, the financial year 2019 on budget allocation lines No. for an amount of 25, 000, 000 (twenty five million) FCFA .


9. Acquisition of the file:
The file can be obtained from the General Secretariat of the Municipality of DiR, Technical Service of Planning and Urban Development, located at the Town Hall of DIR as soon as this notice is published by means of written press and by way of posting against presentation of a receipt of payment of the non-refundable sum of (thirty-five thousand) 35, 000 Francs CFA representing the cost of purchasing the tender dossier, payable to the Municipal Income Tax Revenues.

11. Provisional bond:
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tendering security issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, in the amount of 3 50 000 (three hundred fifty thousand) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.


14. Evaluation criteria
The maximum period provided by the Client for the performance of the work that is the subject of this invitation to tender is four (04) months for each lot.

Main eliminatory criteria:
The absence of a bid bond issued by a first rank bank set up by the Ministry of Finance;
The absence or invalidity of the other administrative documents after 48 hours granted to the tenderers without success;
Non-compliance of the technical and / or financial offer with the DAO.
