Each offer written in English or French in seven (07 ) copies, of which one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, and an electronic version of the said offers engraved on two CDs, must be sent in sealed and sealed envelopes, without any indication of the identity of the tenderer under penalty of rejection, and deposited with the Secretariat of the Directorate of Infrastructures, Planning and Development of the University of Yaoundé II-Soa no later than 31 July 2018 at 12 noon in a sealed envelope addressed to the Contracting Authority with the mention:
