Restriction: Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines; Procurement under 1BRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source
Countries as defined in the Guidelines. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LSL 500, 000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Maloti) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected. Notice: Potential Bidders are made aware of the error made in the previous insertion of this advert whereby the Bid Security was stated as LSL20, 000.00. The correct amount Is LSL500, 000.00 as shown in Paragraph above. Qualifications requirements include: a) (i) Audited accounts for the last 2 years, and (ii) evidence that the bidder has financial liquidity or credit facilities readily available to the value of 10% of the bid. b) Evidence to demonstrate that the bidder has completed similar work within the past five years of not less than
the value of the bid. c) Documented evidence indicating that the work meets the required standard as set out in the Technical Specifications i.e. (Brochures and Technical Data).Qualifications requirements include: a (i) Audited accounts for the last 2 years, and (ii) evidence that the bidder has financial liquidity or credit facilities readily available to the value of 10% of the bid. b) Evidence to demonstrate that the bidder has completed similar work within the past five years of not less than the value of the bid.c) Documented evidence indicating that the work meets the required standard as set out in the Technical
