Tenders are invited for Construction of Road Toll Plaza.
Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2017 and Public Procurement Regulations. 2004 of the Government at the Republic of Malawi and is open to all eligible contractors registered in the Unlimited Category with the National Construction Industry Council of Malawi (NCIC) and have renewed their membership for the 2019 to 2020 financial year
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the RA Head Office at the address below during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1600 hours local time. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable tee of MWK50, 000 00/- or any freely convertible currency The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheque

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of MWK40/-million or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, and be delivered to the address below by 10:00 hours local time on 6th January 2020 The bids will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders` representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected.
