Construction of Retaining Wall at Les Mamelles

Tender documents can be collected as from 09:00 a.m. to 3:00pm on Monday 24th September 2018 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 at the Ministry of Habitat, Lands Infrastructure and Land Transport, Infrastructure Department Administrative Office, Accounts Section, Immigration office Ground Floor Independence House, Victoria Please note that deadline for purchase of tender documents is Friday 28 st September 2018 not later than 12:00 noon.

2. PRE –BID CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Monday 01st October 2018, at 10:00 am
followed by pre-bid conferences for any queries, remarks and/or suggestions. The meeting
point is next to Les Mamelles District Administration’s office
3. RETURN OF TENDERS

Completed tenders must be returned in plain sealed envelopes addressed to THE CHIEF
EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD with the project Ref (PIU/PL/NP/D2013
(090)/ Title clearly marked on the envelope.

Tenders must be deposited in the tender box situated at the National Tender Board office
on the 1 st Floor, Maîson De Mahe, Victoria not later than 11.00am on
Monday 15thOctober 2018 There shall be a formal tender opening immediately thereafter and bidders are welcome to attend. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
