Tenders are invited for Construction of Proposed Drying and Storage Facility at Mwendi Uriithi Lailuba Market in Meru County

Requirements and Scope:
The Ministry invites interested and eligible bidders for the works scheduled under section 3 below. The minimum eligibility requirements are as follows;
a) Certified copies of Tax Compliance, VAT and PIN certificates
b) CR 12
c) Certified copy of certificate of incorporation or proof of legal existence
d) Bid security of 2% of the entire bid price in form of bank guarantee from a bank or insurance company
e) Registration with the National Construction Authority under class 6 and above (For construction works)
f) Duly serialized tender document in the form x of y
g) Audited accounts for the last three (3) years
h) Further details will be obtained in the tender document.
