Tenders are invited for Construction project Care homes Hatteng and Skibotn

Short description : On behalf of Storfjord Municipality, and subject to final financing, it is invited to competition for construction projects housing homes at Hatteng. The work is carried out as a total contract, NS 8407-all subjects. Storfjord municipality has planned the construction of housing dwellings at Hatteng and Skibotn. The buildings p Hatteng and Skibotn are identical with custom outdoor areas. The work comprises new buildings of residential homes of approx. 760 m2 BTA. The building consists of 6 inhabitants of approximately 70 m2 BTA each, with a relief unit of about 40 m2 BRA In the center of the building there are planned common areas with various living areas for employees and more. The common areas are about 189 m2 BTA.
