1. The Local Government Unit of Paniki, Bagabag, N..V, through the prizes of Solid Waste Best Practices 2018 amounting to twenty five thousand pesos (25, 000), Makakalikasang Barangay/Municipio in celebration of Environment Awareness month 2019 amounting to twenty thousand pesos (20, 000) and BDAF 2016 amounting to forty nine thousand pesos (49, 000) -, intends to apply the sum of NINETY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (94, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Perimeter Fence of the Gulayan sa Barangay of Paniki Bagabag Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
