Tenders are invited for Construction of One X 3 Bedroom Villa Unit.
ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Gilgandra is located in the central west of New South Wales approximately half way between Melbourne and Brisbane and approximately 45 minutes north of the regional centre of Dubbo. Gilgandra has a population of 2700 people with 4700 living in the district. ABOUT THE TENDER: The tender is for the construction of one x 3 bedroom villa unit within the Cooee Lodge Retirement Village, Gilgandra COMPULSORY ON-SITE MEETING: Please note there is a compulsory on-site meeting associated with this tender. REGISTRATION: Tender documents may be obtained after registration (see option below).
