Description: 1. The subject of the contract is construction work involving the construction of the Olsztyn Główny railway station.

2. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, to the current Contractor. The sum of the value of these orders will not exceed 20% of the value of the basic order.

3. The scope and terms of awarding similar contracts are specified in Chapter VII of the ToR.
