Description : - The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites suitably qualified civil engineering construction firm/s to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive biding exercise for Phase 2 construction services for an internal access road and aassociated car parking facility at the UNON Complex, Gigiri. The firm is required to have experience in construction within the following discipline; civil engineering construction. Subsequent to the closing date of this EOI, UNON intends to issue a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest to provide the services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully speficied in the solicitation document. The complete details of qualification requirements will be provided in the solicitation document. Given the nature of the works, it is expected that the construction firm should be well equipped to carry out construction activities in the civil engineering discipline.The lead company/firm shall comply with all requirements related to the construction industry as stipulated by the Government of Kenya, including National Construction Authority requirements (NCA) under road works category.
