General Procurement Notice for Construction of 5, 65 Km of New Motorway Including All Related Local Roads.

The State of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Republic of Srpska has applied for a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for a project comprising construction of the first priority section on Corridor Vc from Interchange Johovac (Tovira) to Interchange Rudanka (Johovac (Tovira)-Rudanka (Kostajnica) section), and to provide connection to Banja Luka - Doboj Motorway. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost equivalent to EUR 70 million, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:

Construction of 5, 65 km of new Motorway including all related local roads and two following interchanges:

T-Type Interchange Johovac (Tovira) - Trumpet type Interchange Rudanka (Kostajnica)
Consulting services for works supervision;


Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2017.

The proceeds of the Bank's loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser's country. Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules ("PP&R") and will be open to firms from any country. Procurement will commence under the provisions of the Bank's PP&R 3.32 Advance Contracting.
