GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (`the Bank`) for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:
Grant administered by the Bank, from Client`s own funds towards the cost of the above named project
The overall budget of the project is € 21, 600, 000.00 and will be financed 70 % by KIDSF and 30 % by ESO EAD.
The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 21, 600, 000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:
· The power line will be 94 kilometers long and with transmission capacity of 1500 MW. It will be executed with steel lattice towers with bolted galvanized structure for voltage of 400 kV and horizontal conductor arrangement. The conductors are ACO-400 type, 3 conductors per phase. Two ground wires will be installed for protection against atmospheric voltage surges, one being of galvanized steel type C-70 and one OPGW ( Optical Ground Wire ).
Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 30/06/2019.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.
The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client`s country.
