Prequalifications are invited for Construction of Motorway on Corridor Vc, Section Nemila - Donja Gra ?Anica, Subsection Nemila - Vranduk Contract NO. JPAC 1084 - B104 -19.
Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Borrower) has signed loan agreement with Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (hereinafter referred to as KFAED or “the Fund”) to finance the construction of priority sections of the motorway on the route of Pan European Corridor Vc through Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Beneficiary) intends to apply the proceeds of the loan toward the cost of civil works and consulting services, to be procured for the section of motorway from Nemila to Vranduk.
Javno preduze?e Autoceste Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine društvo sa ograni?enom odgovornoš?u Mostar (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”), on behalf of the Government of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter referred to as “the Beneficiary”), intends to apply the proceeds of the loan from KFAED, toward the cost of Construction of motorway on Corridor Vc, Section Nemila - Donja Gra?anica, Subsection Nemila - Vranduk (the Project).
The Employer intends prequalifying firms and JVCAs to tender for the following contract, hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”, to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:
• Contract No. JPAC 1084-B104-19: Section Nemila - Donja Gra?anica, Subsection Nemila - Vranduk in total length of 5, 67 km will be financed by the loan signed with KFAED
This contract consists the construction of motorway between Nemila and Vranduk. Subsection starts near Top?i? polje (Nemila north) on the right side of the Bosna river, on the slope of the area called “Guste Jabuke”. From there, the motorway runs along northern and north-western slopes of the “Guste Jabuke” area to the point where the road M17 is connected with local road for Kovanici. From that point motorway overlaps road M17, approximately 3, 2 km, to the southern exit of the settlement Nemila. On that part motorway route is mostly in the embankment, and the road M17 is moved to the right side of the motorway. From the southern exit of the settlement Nemila motorway goes along slopes “Ravne Vlasa?e” till settlement “Stara stanica”.
The subsection is located between settlement Nemila, at 20km distance from city Zenica and the settlement called “Stara Stanica”.
Construction period is 24 months.
Prequalification and tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the loan from the Fund is open to firms and joint ventures from any country.

Upon receipt of appropriate evidence of payment of the non-refundable fee, the documents will be promptly dispatched by courier. However, no liability can be accepted for their loss or late delivery. In addition, prequalification documents in electronic format (pdf file) will be made available to all prospective applicants who purchased original (hard-copy) version of prequalification documents, upon their request and free of charge.
The prequalification documents must be duly completed and delivered to the address below, on or before 7th June 2019 at 12:00 (local time). Documents which are received late shall be rejected and returned unopened.
