REQUIREMENTS

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Mogadishu, Somalia invites qualified construction companies to make a firm offer for the construction of model house structures in Heliwa district, Mogadishu, Somalia. Bill of Quantities, Coordinated working engineering drawings and designs of the model houses shared as annex B in each typology. the work referred to hereinafter as goods consists of the following lots.

1. Lot 1: Typology 1A (15 structures and each structure 4 housing units)

2. Lot 2: Typology 1B (7 structures and each housing consists of 2 housing units in addition to 5 commercial centers)

3. Lot 3: Typology 2 (18 structures, each consisting of 1 housing units)

4. Lot 4: One-Stop Shop Centre
