Construction of Guidance Office (4mx7m) Mauraro National High School

Procurement will be conducted through Shopping an alternative Mode of Procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 52 - Shopping, of the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A- (IRR-A) of Republic Act No. 9184 (RA9184), otherwise known as Government Procurement Act.

Interested bidder/suppliers shall submit its quotations to the BAC Office, LGU Guinobatan, Albay.

The Local Government of Guinobatan reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the LGU Guinobatan, for and in behalf of the project. LGU Guinobatan assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of the bid nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
