The LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan, through its MUNICIPAL FUND for the contract approved by the Municipality of Dinalupihan for 2019 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ONE PESOS ONLY (a‚+/- 1, 999, 701.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF GROUTED RIPRAP, LOCATED AT F. CANLAS ROAD, BARANGAY STA. ISABEL DINALUPIHAN, BATAAN, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan now invites bids CONSTRUCTION OF GROUTED RIPRAP, LOCATED AT F. CANLAS ROAD, BARANGAY STA. ISABEL DINALUPIHAN, BATAAN, in accordance with the attached drawings and technical specifications. The said project shall include the provision of labor, materials, equipment, application and securing of all permits and other incidentals necessary to complete the works for, but not limited to: excavation clearing and grubbing, and general/other requirements as identified in the official documents for CONSTRUCTION OF GROUTED RIPRAP, LOCATED AT F. CANLAS ROAD, BARANGAY STA. ISABEL DINALUPIHAN, BATAAN, Completion of the Works is required by Twenty (20) calendar days. Bidders should have completed at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the NSO consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on February 22- March 4, 2018, 2019 from BAC office LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (a‚+/-5, 000.00).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 16, 2019 at 9:00 AM at LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan Executive Hall. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
