1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2024 5% PDRRMF intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER CUM MULTI - PURPOSE CENTER IN BRGY. ILO (POBLACION), STO. NIÑO, SAMAR - ID No. APR03-2024-053. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety - five (95) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
