Tenders are invited for construction of the electricity distribution system in the city of Bissau, including the implementation of the ESMP.

1. This Open Tender Notice (OAA) follows the General Procurement Notice for the project published in Development Business Online No. AfDB929-08 / 18 of 14 August 2018 online and on the website of Bank (www.afdb.org).

2. The Government of the Republic of Guinea Bissau has received financing from the African Development Bank to cover the cost of the Development Project of the Electricity Distribution System in the City of Bissau, and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this financing for market-related payments for the construction of the electricity distribution system in the city of Bissau, including the implementation of the ESMP.
