INVITATION TO BID FOR

CONSTRUCTION OF ECO - DRYING FACILITY, BRGY. CANMANILA, BASEY

1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2024 GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 4, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ECO - DRYING FACILITY, BRGY. CANMANILA, BASEY - ID No. APR03-2024-050. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
