Construction of Covered Pathwalk at PAMANA, Purok 3 Extn., Brgy. Napindan, Taguig City

Prospective bidders should have undertaken a similar project within ten (10) years from the date of bidding.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee (-œFee-) based on the standard rates set by the GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012.

The Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R. A. No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.

To complete schedule of activities is as follows:

1. Issuance of Bid Documents - February 22 - March 14, 2019, 9:30 a.m.

2. Pre-Bid Conference - March 1, 2019, 10:00 a.m.

3. Deadline for Submission of Bids - March 14, 2019, 9:30 a.m.

4. Bidding Proper and Opening of Bid Envelopes - March 14, 2019, 10:00 a.m.

5. Bid Evaluation and Post Qualification - March 15 - onwards
