Other Information

- All interested PCAB Licensed Contractors are advised to inquire at the Municipal Engineering Office for verification of plans, specifications, items of work and other matters pertaining to this procurement;

- All interested PCAB Licensed Contractors are advised to conduct project site inspection before participating in the procurement process;

- All Construction Schedule and S-Curve must be properly done. Quarterly accomplishment must be clearly reflected (e.g. one (1) month project - per week accomplishment should be reflected).

- The Municipality of Kapangan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
