Quotation are invited for Construction of Application of Barium Plaster and Minor Civil Works in the X-Ray Room Mulanje District.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders from the address shown at 7(b) below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of MK5, 000.00 each RFQ document The method of payment shall be Cash or Bank Certified check. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address shown at 7(c) below on or before Tuesday 3rd July, 2018, at 10.00 hours local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at paragraph 7(d) on Friday, 3rd July, 2018, at 10.00 hours local time. All bids must be accompanied by a signed Bid Securing Declaration Form.
