Expression of Interest are invited for Construction and Equipping a Number of Technical and Vocational Institutes and a Part of the Finance will be Utilized for Consultancy Services of the Projects.

Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) intends to finance the construction and equipping a number of Technical and Vocational Institutes and a part of the finance will be utilized for consultancy services of the projects.

The Consultant shall be responsible for all duties and as the following:

A. Prepare a preliminary study including the scope of work and the estimated cost according to the current status of the institutes and based on the beneficiary country requirements.

B. Advise the beneficiary on the most suitable curricula of the institutes in accordance with the agreed discipline.

C. Prepare full technical studies for the construction and equipping of the institutes in two different locations, including detailed designs, list of equipment/ specifications, and bill of quantities.

D. Supervising the implementation of the projects and oversight the process of procuring the equipment. The Projects implementation period will be about 12 months.

Abu Dhabi Fund for Development invites eligible consultants to submit their Expression of Interests (EOls) in providing the consultancy services for the above work. Interested consultants should provide information and documents indicating their eligibility to perform the required consultancy services.

EOls should also include a profile of the firm, major works done during the past five years, specific information about key personnel and their relevant qualifications, description of their experience, similar assignments, etc.

Qualified Firms will be considered for the short list, and a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent to the short-listed firms only.
