General procurement notice for Construction and Asphalting of the Connection Path to the Prr Over a Length of Approximately 6.8 Km Including Reservations for Optical Fiber and Development of a Four-branch Junction at the Village of Maluku,

The project executing agency in the Democratic Republic of Congo is the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Works, through the Infrastructure Unit (CI). Created in 2004, it ensures the prerogatives of the Delegated Contracting Authority for road infrastructure projects financed by multilateral and bilateral donors. The procurement of works, goods, consultancy services including services other than consultancy services will be carried out in accordance with the procurement framework for operations financed by the Bank Group Specifically, acquisitions will be made according to the following methods: a) The Works indicated in the table below, will be procured according to (i) the procurement system of the Democratic Republic of Congo in accordance with Law No. 10/010 of April 27, 2010 relating to Public Procurement (LRMP) and (ii) the Bank%s Procurement Methods and Procedures (MPAB), in accordance with the procurement policy for operations financed by the African Development Bank Group dated October 2015, using the Standard Dossiers appropriate Bank Solicitation (DSS).
