Tenders are invited for Construction of 30kv Line from Kabarondo to Nasho Irrigation Project in Eastern Province.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below not later 10h00 local time on 31st/
/08/2018. Electronic
bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person
in the conference room at EUCL Headquarter Offices in public session at 10h30 local time on the
same day 31st/08/2018
7. Bids well typed, appropriately bound and presented in three copies (one original and two copies)
must be accompanied by a bid guarantee issued by any reputable financial institution of Ten
Million Rwandan Francs (10, 000, 000 Frw) or equivalent in sealed envelope, and must reach the
Secretariat to the Procurement Unit at EUCL Head Office, KN 2 ST 3, Nyarugenge District, P.O.
Box 5634 Kigali City – Rwanda, Room G114 on or before the date and time mentioned in the
paragraph 4 and 5. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
