eligibility of tenderer : this invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :(a) reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(five) yearsof general experience in construction works.(b) having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one)number of similar nature of building construction work including civil, sanitaryworks worth not less than tk. 800.00( eight hundred) lakh only in a singlework order in government/ semi government/autonomous organization ofbangladesh during last 05(five) years.(c) the tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnoverduring last 5(five) years amounting of tk. 1500.00 (one thousand fivehundred) lakh.(d) the minimum amount of liquid assets/working capital/creditfacilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be tk. 250.00 (two hundred and fifty)lakh only, supported by bank certificate against the name of the work. Bankstatement should be counted 28 (twenty eight) days before from the date ofopening of tender.(e) up-to dated trade license, income tax clearance and vat registrationcertificate(f) up-to dated abc category contractory & supervisory license issued fromelectrical licensing board, government of bangladesh.(g) all other conditions as mentioned in (section-2 & section-4) of tenderdocuments must be fulfilled.special instructions:(a) as per latest amendment of ppr-2008 and according to itt clause no.43.3, tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percentabove or below the official cost estimate of the proposed work, shall berejected.(b) in case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selectedbased on past performance evaluation and rating matrix for different aspectsmentioned in itt clause no.44.2. So all tenderers are requested to submit therelated documents mentioned in itt clause no.44.2
