Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Constructing Renting & Operating of a Coffee Shop & an Office (Sanad Office) in Directorate General of Muscat Municipality at Al-Amerat.

Specialized companies with a valid registration from Muscat Municipality may obtain bidding documents during official working hours (8:00 A.M - 12:00 P M.) from Muscat Municipality Head Office, Darsait (Customer Services Hal) against non-refundable fees as mentioned above.

Submitted offers must be accompanied with a bond issued by any local bank in Oman addressed to Muscat Municipality. The bone should be as the Bidding terms valid for ninety (90) days starting from the date of submission. Biddings which do not meet the required banking insurance shall not be accepted.

Documents must be enclosed in a plain envelope sealed with red wax (without any information to the company). Biddings should be addressed to Head of Tenders Subcommittee for Muscat Municipality Central Authorities' work and deposited in the tender box (B) in the first floor at the Directorate of Purchasing & Assets in Muscat Municipality, Head Office, Darsait at 10 00 A.M. on the above mentioned dates

Offers submitted after the above mentioned date & time shall not be accepted for any reason whatsoever.

Muscat Municipality has the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
