Expression of Interest are invited for Constructing Mass Houses 500 Housing Units in Dambao Town of Damboa Local Government.

PREAMBLE
Borno State government is desirous of constructing mass houses in some local Government Areas across the state with funding received from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) under the Regional Stabilization Facility Project

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To be qualified for tender, the following documents should be submitted
(i) Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission ( CAC)
(ii) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
(iii) Bank Reference Letter
(iv) Evidence of compliance with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund Law
(v) Stamp Duties Payment Certificate
(vi) Evidence of Certificate/Examination from PENCOM in Accordance with the Pension Reform Act, 2004 including evidence of remittance of employee’s pension contribution deductions.
(vii) Evidence of compliance with section 6 (1.3) of Industrial Training Fund Acts 2011 as they relate to training contribution of liable Organization.
(viii) Sword Affidavit of Compliance with Public Procurement Law 2019.
(ix) Affidavit that the company is not in receivership
(x) Company’s Audited Account for last Three years
(xi) Unconditional Bank Guarantee

4. GENERAL INFORMATION
All enquirers regarding the advertisement should be directed to the Director Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Maiduguri between 10.am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

5. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All submission for each LOT should be in duplicate copies in a Wax sealed Envelope and marked with the project lot number at the top left hand corner and marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST “which should delivered by hand or courier service to the address stated below not later than 12:noon 16, April 2020.
