Description: Today, the wearing of a mask is made compulsory in certain points of the public space in the Metropolis, and the national health recommendations of wearing of the mask are reinforced. The COVID-19 epidemic is indeed showing signs of recovery in several regions of France, especially in the Grand Est. The Métropole du Grand Nancy, under the local health contract and in conjunction with its member municipalities, wishes to purchase masks for the general public in order to build up a “precautionary” stock. This in order to avoid the shortage of these and to provide the population with masks, to avoid differentiated treatment. The characteristics are described in the CCTP. It is a framework agreement concluded without a minimum or maximum amount for a period of one year, renewable once.
