Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Conducting Training on Literacy Skills for Public Elementary School Teachers, High School 9th Grade English Teachers, Principals, and Specialists.

The public is hereby informed that the Bureau of Public Service System (BPSS) of the Government of

Palau will be soliciting and accepting sealed bids/proposals from interested businesses, qualified

individuals, agencies, or institutions to assist the Ministry of Education in conducting training on

literacy skills for public elementary school teachers, high school 9th grade English teachers, principals,

and specialists :

This will be a competitive negotiated contract. The services requested will be funded by grant funding.

The specifications along with the evaluation criteria and all other requirements are being prepared and

shall be made available on May 20, 2019. The solicitation and bidding periods shall continue for more

than 30 days or for a minimum of 15 days as determined by the Procurement Officer. The

specifications will also be made available on the BPSS Website: http://palaugov.pw/bpss. Interested
