INVITATION TO BID FOR



CONCRETING OF FTMR

@ Purok 7 Road, Purok 7, Bone South, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya



The Barangay Bone South of Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, through its 2019 Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY NINE PESOS & 94/100 (Php 77, 439.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



The Barangay Bone South now invites bids for Furnishing and Delivery of Construction Materials and Supplies for the above project.



Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of the country the laws and regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 9184 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.



Eligibility & Bidding Documents:

1. DTI Registration Certificate (latest) or SEC Registration Certificate, whichever is appropriate

2. Valid and current Mayor`s permit/Municipal License from principal place of business

3. BIR Registration (Taxpayer`s Identification Number) & VAT Registration Certificate

4. Omnibus Sworn Statement

5. Lumber Dealer issued by DENR (if applicable)

6. Audited Financial Statement stamped and received by the BIR

7. Latest Income Tax and Business Tax Returns

8. Tax Clearance

9. Certificate of PHILGEPS Registration

10. Authorization Letter from the Proprietor to the Representative

11. The Bid Prices in the Bill of Quantities. (Quotations are by lot)(All quotations will include VAT)(Non-quotation of one item is a ground for disqualification)



Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Bone South Barangay Hall, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya.



A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders starting September 16, 2019 at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from the address above and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 500.00) to be paid at the Barangay Treasurer-s Office.



It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PHILGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that the Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.



Bids must be delivered to the address stated above on or before September 23, 2019 at 10:00 AM (closing time for submission). All Bids must be accompanied by any form of bid security in the amount not less than the required percentage of the ABC. Bids submitted later than the closing time shall not be accepted.



Bid opening shall be on September 23, 2019 at 1:30 PM at Bone South Barangay Hall, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders-/ representatives but with authorization letter from the proprietor if choose to attend at the stated address.



The Barangay Bone South assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of bids.
