Invitation to Bid for Concretign of Farm to Market Road with Canal - Sitio Maligaya, Brgy. Bantigue

1. The Municipal Government of Pagbilao, through the Supplemental Budget No.2 - CY 2021, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand, One Hundred Eighty Three Pesos and 44/100 ( PhP 3, 679, 183.44 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Farm to Market Road at Sitio Maligaya, Brgy. Bantigue. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Pagbilao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
