Tender More Details : The Tourism Product Development Company Limited (TPDCo) invites proposals from suitably-qualified bidders to manage and operate Rafting on the Rio Grande at Rafters Rest and Berrydale, Portland, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Document.

PROCUREMENT METHOD

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding Procedures stipulated in the Public Procurement Act, 2015 and Regulations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Bidders must submit the following with their proposals:
• Up-to-date Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) if current/not expired.

Proposals submitted without a valid TCL/TCC will be automatically rejected.

COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS

Tender Documents may be collected with effect from January 9, 2020 to February 28, 2020 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, at the Office of TPDCo., 4th Floor, 64-70 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5 at a non-refundable cost of Three Thousand Dollars ($3, 000.00) each in cash or Manager`s Cheque made payable to the Tourism Product Development Company Limited. SITE VISIT

A Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at two (2) locations connected to Rafting on the Rio Grande Rafters Rest and Berrydale, Portland. The Site Visit will commence at Berrydale at 11:00 a.m.

BID VALIDITY

Bids are valid for a period of 120 calendar days after the Bid Submission Deadline.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS - DEFERRED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Completed proposals, sealed and labeled "Concessionaire for Rafting on the Rio Grande
Attraction at Rafters Rest & Berrydale, Portland, " are to be placed in the designated Tender Box, located in the Reception area of TPDCo`s Corporate Office on or before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020. Any proposal received after the closing time for submission of proposals shall be returned unopened.

TENDER OPENING - DEFERRED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

The proposals shall be opened publicly by the Procuring Entity at 11:15 a.m. on March 20, 2020 in the Boardroom of the Offices of TPDCo, 64-70 Knutsford Boulevard, 4th
